It’s really important that you choose the right therapist for YOU.  It’s difficult to decide from just looking online, so I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation so that you can meet me and make sure that you will feel comfortable talking with me.  It also enables me to ensure that I am the right counsellor to meet your needs.

Therapy sessions last approximately one hour.  Sessions run at your own pace, and you decide how often you see me and for how many sessions.  It’s important that you feel safe and comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings.  I listen without judgement and work in confidence.  

My private practice is based in South Cerney near Cirencester Gloucestershire. As a practising counsellor I adhere to regular supervision, continuing professional development and I abide by the Foundation’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.  I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and you will also find me listed on the Counselling Directory.

My charges are as follows:  

Adults:  £45 per hour.

Children:  £30 per hour.

I also offer concessions to those in financial hardship.
